Alison had found herself in a grey cloudy space in her second she had had the first she was on a date with Jake and then that dream disappeared Alison was standing perfectly healed and she started to walk around exploring the unusual space when out of the corner of her eye she saw a small figure emerge out of clouds and she recognised it right away it was Sam the talking grey owl she had encountered before she got hurt and came here, it flew in gracefully then landed silently on the cloudy ground except this time it didn’t talk to her like in the forest it just starred at her with its betty brown eyes it was making Alison uncomfortable. Alison then woke up she found herself scanning the area for Sam but she stopped when the overwhelming smell of herbs and medicine and the sick around her, she was in the camps infirmary, Alison didn’t come here often because she was usually more careful.
Alison didn’t know the time or day but she remembered what happened before she got here; there was grace and Zol’tar her pet viper, a griffon attack, and then she fell out of a tree and after a scorpion attacked. It was a terrible night. She then looked down she wasn’t wearing the same outfit as before which was nice not to feel dirty. She also had bandages on her wrist which she could feel was broken and she felt her bruised ribs but also a twisted knee that was aching. She probably looked terrible but she couldn’t do anything about it she was stuck in here until she could stand or even see straight her sight was still pretty blurry and so she decided to close her eyes but not sleep this time.

Finally reaching the infirmary with Alison on her shoulder and with her open hand flung opened the door where a expert daughter of Apollo was there her name was Elorah and was the medic or nurse you could say and in which greeting them she saw that the other girl was slung over Grace's shoulder clearing a path and leading them towards a row of beds it seemed motioning for Grace to put Alison down and to clear off for Elorah needed the space and attention of that who was more injured.
Some time lapsed while Grace walked around in circles wondering how Alison was doing that was therefore some time after that she found a chair and sat on it awaiting the time when she could visit and keep her new friend company even though knowing that she'd be asleep for some time. While she was zoning and Zol'tar was slumbering quietly on her shoulders with its wait on her when finally Elorah reemerged and gently shook the girl out of her daze and pointed to the door as she said to Elorah.
"Are you sure its alright for me to go in there, I thought her injuries were more severe and would need more attention?"
As if with longing sympathetic eyes looking into the deep blue of Elorah's as the nurse replied that it was quite alright and that there was a few major injuries, but was able to cure them the best she could as Grace went in and saw that her friend was still lightly sleeping as her chest rose and fell with each breath taking a bed next to her and sat atop it awaiting for Alison to awake which would be quite awhile and the fact that when Alison would awake for a mere moment Grace would be slumpt over sideways sleeping peacefully herself until she awoke feeling fully rested or at least close to it. Even though there was some concerns about Grace staying there even after hours and such it finally was resolved that Grace and Alison would stay there for the night for they both had some injuries of their own, even if the other was more advanced and athletic than the other.

As Alison lay there with her eyes closed she heard many things around her she heard the sick coughing someone crying which she felt bad for because they must be hurt pretty bad; she also heard nurses footsteps all around her from rushing nurses to help the sick. Alison could smell the new bandages and the medicine all around her; with her eyes closed she couldn’t see anything but her hearing had improved and she could hear close breathing it was relaxed she thought she could also feel a stare on her. Alison loving to play jokes decided to scare the person that gaze she could feel on her. Alison raised out of her sleeping position with her arms out like a mummy she had seen in a movie that she watched when she was eight, it frightened her at the time but now it seemed silly. She then turned her head where she heard the sound of the chair being pulled up and said “muhhhh !!!” in a loud clear voice she then opened her eyes quickly and said, “boo!” for an extra.
Alison wasn’t surprised to see her new friend Grace and Zol’tar her pet viper back to his original form which she liked because being that big was terrifying. Alison had met them earlier before she came here, they had experienced a lot together and she then said.
“thank you for carrying me here I wouldn’t have made it here on my own.”
Alison then got in a comfortable position making her ribs hurt more but she made sure she didn’t lean on her wrist which would hurt a lot more than any other of her injuries that had still not fully healed. Alison then gave of a grin
“Was I scary enough for ya” She then chuckled to herself, and leaned back and said “Do you know what time it is by any chance ?”
She was very curious if she had missed the camp fire because then she wouldn’t get to see Jake; this would take only a day for word to spread but Jake never notices her no matter how hard she tries, not that she wanted to get hurt and attacked but she just wished boys weren’t so blind in love.

As the night became the dawn and she was sleeping peacefully and not caring for what was going on even if there was a bunch of others around there it was a good thing that there was a curtain around both of their beds hiding them from the others. The cold dark stare of the snake's slitted pupils kept watch for he need not as much sleep during the night then the day at times.
As he stared a slight movement was going on in the bed next to his master and friend as he seemed to casually move around onto Grace in awaking her as she always was in the early morning was a bit groggly and wasn't fully asleep when Alison rose from a laying position slow and stiff like a mummy and made a raspy noise which definitely got her more awake seeing that it was in fact Alison and not something else in the room still her nerves were running faster and adrenaline awoke her senses then scoffed while shaking her head with her black hair flying this way and that. For this seemed to be a joke from Alison trying to scare the other which was more just silly.
"No, I'm sorry you didn't really scare me I've seen a loott more scarier and gory stuff in the media. I was watching those scary horror movies when I was only eight or ten years old, but nice try Ali![/b]
Showing a small smile it seemed she wasn't going to get back to sleep easily and so she erected herself a little more and sat against the pillows on the very bed she had fell asleep on. Listening to her other question though made her feel like this girl was way over heels with this one guy, but still she wanted to answer her question as well even though looking at the time as well as outside the window in looking back at Alison now propped against her own pillows as well trying to get as comfortable as she could.
"Its early in the morning maybe....four or five in the morning I tried to stay awake as long as I could, but man you slept like the dead. Its a good thing I brought ya here though or it would've been a little more than it is!"
While answering she looked at the bandages and taht there was more on her ankle and knee remembering of what the nurse had told her about Alison's injuries even though well she was naturally curious about her friend for without Grace this girl would've been very more well off. However the question arised in her head if it was for some odd reason or the combination of both of them being demigods or something of the kind.

“Darn” Alison said, sounding not so disappointed at all because her impression wasn’t that scary not to mention demigods didn’t get scared as much as humans did. Keeping the grin on her face she had heard that Grace had said it was around five am. this was weird to hear because had she really had her eyes closed for that long but she guessed it was about right because Alison had so many thoughts go through her head while she lay there in her bed she then thought to inform grace so she said.
“oh I wasn’t sleeping for the whole night I was just closing my eyes and thinking about everything.” the part of the night that had Alison was most disappointed of was the time she had missed the campfire, she just wished she could see Jake’s face and all the pain would go away; Alison let out a sigh she loved him but he didn’t notice her it was so sad she couldn’t think about him anymore because tears started to form in her eyes not wanting them to fall.
Alison then looked out the window it was morning she could tell Apollo would drive his chariot or whatever he decided to change it to today across the sky soon bringing the light of a new day. She then turned back to the infirmary which was a medium size with beds and curtains lining the walls and nurses rushing around helping the sick and hurt. She then got the first good look at her injuries and how most had healed from the nectar and ambrosia; her head no longer throbbed and her ankle was almost back to normal besides the pain when stretched but then there was her knee it was defiantly sprained because it hurt like crazy to even move it and she looked more carefully to see there was only a thin layer of gauze she had guessed the nurse had come by earlier without her noticing; she then looked at her wrist which she now realised was propped with a sling because she could not lift it, and then there was her bruised ribs they were almost healed but her left side was still stiff making it hard to move her upper body.
But other than those minor injuries Alison thought to herself she was fine she wanted to leave and get away from this sick house and back to training and her studies which she was probably behind on now and if she stayed here and didn’t get to training when would she ever get a quest. Alison then sat up straight and opened the window for some air, just as she was about to move away the covers Sam the owl came through it startled her and she fell back into the five pillows under her head it then landed on the side of her bed and started talking to her,
“You're too weak, stay down and rest you will be back on your feet in no time take this time to relax and get to know that girl because one day she will be someone that you rely on more than any others”
Sam then flew away. Alison still very confused on what just had happened stayed right where she was then turned her head towards Grace not knowing what to say she just stared.

Still laying down in the soft and comfortable bed she saw that Alison was inspecting herself and what the nurse had done to help her with being injured. That was until Alison moved up from the bed with some difficulty to open the window in doing so and Grace with a careful eye on her as the daughter of athena went to open the window with only one arm to use and in doing so afterwards falling back into the bed and got a shock when a grey owl landed on Alisons' bed in fact it also caught the eye of Grace as well.
Not wanting to pry and not being able to hear of what was being said for it seemed things were quite private between these two, but it seemed like the owl was speaking to Alison in some way and then disappeared out of the window leaving a curious and yet questionable look on her. Then in shaking her head minorly the look was lost although the curious question was still in her own mind. Casually stroking the serpent which was akin to her touch as if she did it regularly still she wondered of what Alison was thinking of doing for it seemed as if she wanted to get out of this place even though it seemed more like it wasn't a good idea for still being injured.
"I think you shouldn't try to argue with the fact of training and all that cause I bet ya they'll give ya a pass for being injured and besides I think with how our night was last night you did pretty good for yourself....However I think the value of climbing and that some things need more work on, but not at this time I think!"

As Alison lied there still looking at grace thinking of what Sam had said, 'You're too weak, stay down and rest you will be back on your feet in no time take this time to relax and get to know that girl because one day she will be someone that you rely on more than any others.'
It was very confusing to Alison and it just made her head hurt more; Alison then came back out of her own world, that she goes in a lot, blocking out all her surroundings so she could hear what Grace was about to say. Grace then said, “I think you shouldn’t try to argue with the fact of training and all that cause I bet ya they’ll give you a pass for being injured and besides I think with how our night was last night you did pretty good for yourself.......... however I think the value of climbing and that some things need more work on, but not at this time I think!” Alison then compressing all the word through her head replied politely instead of the snarky comment in her head, “don’t worry I’m not going anywhere” she then pointed to her knee and wrist and gave a smile, Alison was still shocked every time she looked at her injuries they weren’t that bad now thanks to the nurse but it was still gross to think of how the bone could have moved which were thoughts that instantly popped into her head; sometimes Alison just wished she could not have a brain at all like the children of Ares. Alison then giggled to herself at her own comment.
She then looked back at the window wanting to close it so Sam could barge back in and scare the crap out of her again. But she then thought of how much pain she was in the first time she got up it was like someone stretching your whole body to the limit then squishing you all the way to and from, agonizing really so she stayed put like she had been told. Alison then thought of her view from the tree the beautiful lake and strawberry fields she suddenly loathed for the day she could go outside again even the air from the window wasn’t enough she wanted to be running free or beating a boy at the arena or just even the sun on her skin. These things were unbearable to think about so she pushed away her thoughts and decided to talk to Grace and get to know her; but what to ask her was the question. After a good ten minutes of awkward silence she said, “So......” Alison then paused of what to say next, “if you don’t mind me asking what was your child life like I’m just curious, mine personally was great until those stupid scorpions came and my dad didn’t even give a second thought and we flew from Canada to new York and we drove from there and when we arrived he hugged me and I didn’t see him again” Not crying but on the verge because of the thoughts of her father.
She then looked out the window again for comfort that wasn’t there the sun had still not risen and Alison felt alone with no one to make her feel better not her brothers nor her sisters had come to check on her. Then she was left with Grace and the thought get to know that girl because one day she will be someone that you rely on more than any others. “She then looked back at Grace with caring eyes and awaited her response hoping she would open up and tell her something, because boredom was setting in.

She awaited to see of what Alison would talk about next and what secrets would be expressed between the two of them as she pondered on things from the past and the present and was a tad curious about this girl as well even though she knew enough for the time being and not wanting to be one who pryed into others business that was until she asked Grace another question about her childhood life as well as mentioniog her own. Which made her think of her words and what to talk about and what not to for she wasn't particularly an open and closed book, but a puzzle.
Still with cautious thoughts in mind and with that of one being careful with things of the past to be described she seemed to do that thing again to seem like she wasn't of this world and yet still apart of the world at the same time it took a few minutes give or take, but she finally came from that odd feeling that crept on her.
"My Childhood wasn't as bad as some, but wasn't as good as others. However I had some good experiences while in my bringing up that was until I met Zol n' things went bottoms up!
A small smile crept its way on her face when she got to the end of that last sentence as if thinking of fond memories with her pet, friend, and protector who had came from the Underworld. Looking over and seeing the emotions play on Alison's face and the fact of how she felt when getting up to open the window and falling back down on the comfortable bed and knew of how it had felt for there was a time when in fact she had the same feeling done to her when she had fallen from a different kind of tree around home in Seattle.

Alison looked at grace and studied her emotions that she gave off from her facial expressions, she was quite happy which was nice to see, instead of the only other emotion she had seen from grace and it was concentrated it was intense and frankly scared Alison a bit, Alison never want to know what graces bad side would be like. Alison then put on a smile and caring eyes she felt closer to grace now that she knew more they were turning out to be good friends which was great. The closer the friends they were the closer she would be able to find out what that stupid owl had meant because not knowing was hurting her more than her injuries; it was like being punched in the head fifty times every time she thought of it.
She then said, “Sorry for asking such a personal question it wasn’t really any of my business but now you can ask me anything, it only seems fair.”
Alison sat there waiting for the question she hoped it wasn’t something to do with her crush, or love because her feelings were so jumbled she wouldn’t get a straight answer and that would be fair. Going completely out of her head and topic she then said “I officially hate falling more than I ever have before.” ”stupid tree” Alison then said out loud.“Even though I love trees for all they produce like oxygen, giving homes to animals, great camouflage, and apparently helping demigods get out of training, they hurt” Alison then laughed; but she stopped it just made her want to go outside and train more. These thoughts she couldn’t bear but they came anyways, she thought of her goofy little brother Jeremiah he could cheer Alison up she missed the fresh crisp air that smelt of fresh strawberries and the sound of the children of Apollo playing songs in there cabin and even sometimes the amphitheater it was heaven outside and she was stuck in hell.

Wondering of what would be talked about and knowing that the question was a little bit personal even though it seemed more like it was something quite curious with everyone may it be humans, mythical creatures, or yes even Demigods for it'd be something to know of one's upbringing. Still it seems more like it was a brieche in one's own armor. Which she did somewhat have an idea of what to ask her next that was until she started up once again with even starting to ramble a little as if she knew of it or not. This was going to be an interesting time in "sickbay" as it was called from a show which she liked from time to time called "Star Trek" however it finally broke and Alison had finally stopped for the time being with the same small smile on her face within shaking her head she finally spoke of what was on her mind and an answer to Alison's rambling.
"Yeah Trees give a lot to the world don't they, especially to those who seem to fall out of them at the same time as lifting them. Hmmm....you say ask you anything huh? Well then how bout what was your most favorite time growing up?"
As she waited again for her answer thoughts seemed to flash through her own memory and they all had seemed to be that of her and Zol'tar for he was and would always be her favorite and most bestest of friends in her entire life. Even if others came into view and new friends were made he'd still be the first. which brought around a thought which she hadn't really given much to of a friend whom used to be apart of her life and was wisked away into the void taken by one of those nasty monsters who liked to rip at their kind. However it wasn't one of those run of the muck always seen monsters, but that of the ancients for this was around the time when she and the others were to help with the Olympians fight off those tyrants called "The Titans" not to forget the biggie the Lord of Time himself. The boy's name was Michael Decker and was something closer to her heart than others had.

Alison sat there and she felt her smile fade, and before Alison knew it light and warm tears were running down her cheeks and all her memories from her past that she had tried so hard to push away to be happy in her new life rushed back. To only be far she thought of the happiest time in her life; this memory had of course included her dad because really she didn’t have friends up in the cabin in the Rockies it was too far away from town and her school. Alison then let out a sigh pushing away her tears and pulling herself back together, Alison really hadn’t meant to get this emotional but it was sad to think she would never see her dad again. Alison then finally got the nerve to say something,
“My most favourite time would have to be every Thursday when my dad would play songs throughout the day blasting music because we were in the Rockies in the middle of nowhere then when the sun would set after we ate dinner my dad would bring out his guitar and he would play and I would sing, and sometimes after we would play little games to like who could hit the highest note, I won every time!"
Alison then smiled this moment was truly her favourite and that was why Thursday she was always so happy. Alison then with all her happiest memories stirring in her head that obviously wasn’t big enough, she then lied down feeling quite lightheaded like she had the first time she tried to sit up and all she did was stair at the ceiling but finally said, “Do you ever wish this world no longer exists, to just live a normal life?” Alison had closed her eyes at one point in time trying to fall asleep to see if those memories would go away but sleep wouldn’t come at that she cursed out loud; why did her life have to be so messed up and why couldn’t she get a quest which she so badly wanted; just to see the old cabin again, he home would be enough. But Alison knew it was never going to happen she was about 4,240 km away from home if she drove and there were tons of older campers then her that have been here longer that would get one before her; Alison then grunted in frustration and flopped back over onto her stomach making her ribs and knee burst with pain and she cried silently in her pillow.

Without a single knock on the door or any other indication, a whirlwind suddenly entered the room. Figuratively of course, with Jeremiah running in straight toward Alison, arms flailing like a madman. "ALIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII~~~~~~," he shrieked in one long, drawn out word, his voice seeming to circle a few times around the entire room. When he closed in on the bedridden demigod, he ensnared her tightly between his arms. Jeremiah thought he may have heard some bones or something crunching, but he didn't care. He was just glad to see his half-sister.
"Alison, y'all need to be more careful! If y'all ever end up dying or something, I'm gonna personally sew y'all's shroud with punk fluffy bunnies on it as payback. Y'all even worried Spartacus!" A bulge started crawling up from his shirt, as if he was infected by some alien parasite baby ready to burst out. Instead, a rat peeped out from his collar. In a way, Spartacus kind of was his baby -- if most people subjected their babies to testing out various traps.
Jeremiah continued to squeeze Alison for a few seconds until he felt a pair of eyes staring through his back. He turned around and finally noticed Grace. The girl didn't look familiar, but then again he didn't know many campers outside his own cabin. He usually had his head stuffed behind a book or was busy focusing on whatever he was doing. Then he saw the viper on her shoulders and for some reason became suspicious.
"Hey Ali, what exactly happened anyways? Is she the one who hurt you? Y'all don't have to make excuses, I can take her," he whispered into Alison's ear, although it was so loud that 'whisper' probably wasn't the correct term. Jeremiah proceeded to flex his bicep, but only the tiniest bulge of a muscle popped up from his thin arm. "Seriously, what kind of weirdo goes around with a snake?"
He then turned to Grace and semi-apologized. "No offense by the way. It's totally cool for y'all to be weird." Yeah, Jeremiah's social skills still needed some work. The rat retreated back into his shirt, afraid of becoming snake food.

This question which was mentioned to grace seemed more like an after thought and wasn't even going to respond for it seemed that personal memories werent taht all grand with her sitting there silent and yet keeping watch as the drama kept on and she seemed to cry in the pillow Grace turned her head to the door as something seemed to rush right into the room without a moment's notice not even a warning. When someone came in running and yelling the short form of Alison's name and yet was affectionate towards the other girl it was only afirmative that this was one of Alison's brothers and he did seem that way when finally giving Alisona what seemed like a bone-crushing hug and saying that he was
worried for her which probably meant that they wanted to be alone and was just about to get up from the bed when theyoung boy seemed to finally notice and as well her pet snake which they always got a bad rep then again why wouldn't they for not their own poison. Still she seemed to see that the rat was a dear thing to this boy an knew that plain old rats weren't one of his favorite snaks as a smile affectionate smile of her own seemed to spread a little in warm kindness she seemed to finally answer this boy and his rambling which seemed these two liked to express their thoughts more than some.
"No young man I'm not the one who injured her she fell from a tree in the forest while we we're um....becoming friends and being attacked of course for taht's how it is in that forest isn't it? As for my friend here well...he has some weird tastes, but don't worry "rat" isnt one of his favorites nor would he want something so unique as your little frien there."
As she pointed to the rat named Sparticus an seeing that this would be a interesting yet somewhat onthe dramtical side kind of situation and that was for sure for it seemed this one had some spunk inhim even though his muscles weren't fairly developed at the time which over time they would grow even if at the time it wasn't for sure and was trying hard for being one of those protective brothers wanting nothing harmful to come of their sisters. Still Grace put on a calm and welcoming face putting out that of being a frien and that wtihout either her nor Alison they woudn't be standing and would be even more well injured than at that very moment. For with Grace with her minor bruises and cuts to Alison's own breaks and bruises still it came straight down that things would be a bit more interesting.

Alison sat there crying in her pillow when she sat up to say sorry for crying to Grace but she was interrupted by a male cry of her name in short form, and soon a flailing figure moving very fast towards her . Alison she knew that the only person that could be was Jeremiah her younger brother. Before she could greet her brother he had already caught her in an embrace she heard her ribs crack under his strength which was surprisingly something he had a lot of even though he did not have the muscles to prove it. Alison forced back a cry of pain that shot up her chest making it hard to breathe. She was so happy to see him that she ignored the pain and hugged him back after about fifty seconds she caught her breath and was about to say something when Jer had started asking her questions about everything she had to reply quickly before she missed her chance, “I’m so sorry I worried you but I was my clumsy self and fell from where I was sitting in a tree” she said very fast. Alison then saw Spartacus the rat as he poked his head out of jeremiahs shirt for some people that might be weird but that were his pet and she liked Spartacus he was very smart and talented for a rat.
With eyes fully locked on Jeremiah she told him about the night making sure to include how Grace had saved her and brought her back her to be helped with her injuries; which she explained was just a broken wrist a sprained knee and a couple of bruised ribs which now hurt more than they did before. Remembering grace was there and not wanting to be rude she said, “thank you” for what seemed to be the millionth time but she truly was. As if on cue he then looked at Grace and made a quite rude comment that Alison slapped Jer on the back and whispered don’t be rude but instead of apologising he said, “no offense by the way. It’s totally cool for y’all to be weird.” At this she thought she would make a pact to help her brother with socializing with others and manners.
As Alison looked at grace and after what she had said she was very happy that she had kept her cool with Jer he could be a pain sometimes she then smiled at grace wanting to let her know it was alright to stay. She then turned back to Jeremiah; and said, “So does everyone know about last night and how did you get out so early don’t you have breakfast and training to do?!”
Looking at her brother sternly she did not want him slacking because of her. Alison then thought of Jason her other brother who would probably be studying or training at the moment; Alison was also happy that it was Jer that had shown up and not Jason because about now he would be lecturing her and not the laid back attitude of Jeremiah. Alison then lied back and felt her head sink into the feather pillow that the nurse had obviously fluffed she just wished she could relax but at this moment she was nothing but alert ready for anything.

"Hmm... friends?" Jeremiah uttered the word as if he questioned the meaning, stroking his chin between his index finger and thumb while gazing at Grace suspiciously. Of course he knew what it meant; friendship seemed like a common enough theme in most the books he read, but he never experienced it until coming to camp and meeting his half siblings. That's why he cherished his friendship with Alison more than anything, and why he would never forgive anyone who would harm her.
When Alison began telling her story about what happened over the night, he finally turned away from Grace and listened to his sister intently. He was drawn in by the intense details of their fight against the giant scorpions, and anxiously began eating out of a box of assorted chocolates he had 'acquired' for Alison. Acquired meant that he had traded for it with some of those slippery Hermes campers who managed to sneak things in from outside. Jeremiah thought he had made a bargain, simply swearing on the River Styx to do them some favors in the future. But who knows what the heck they would have in store for him? He was too entranced to worry about it right now.
By the time Alison had finished, Jeremiah had picked out all the good chocolates and there were only a handful remaining. He chewed slowly with his mouth wide open, expecting to hear more. "That's it?" A few tiny bits of milk chocolate spewed from his mouth. In any case, he was convinced he could trust Grace now. Nudged on by a firm slap on the back from his sister, he looked back at Grace with his kind, goofy smile.
"Well, thank y'all for helping Ali out, I really appreciate it and would be glad if y'all could stay around a bit longer. Maybe y'all can help me finish these chocolates off, they'll go straight to my hips if I eat them all on my own, ya know?"
He sat down next to Ali on the bed and offered his sister her least favorite flavor, his innocent smile becoming much more impish. "Word gets around quick, Ali. I made it over as soon as I heard, but don't y'all worry about me. I'd rather spend time with my favorite sister and my newest friend than spend it training."
