[atrb=width,400] I'M CRAZY BUT YOU LIKE IT Yumi was happy that everyone had settled back into life at camp having been back almost a month now. Yumi had missed spending time with her siblings while she had been in Japan. Of course she had thought about maybe staying year around but she didn't want to leave her mother alone for a whole year. Plus it wouldn't be fair on Riku flying back and forth between them all year as it wasn't exactly a short flight going between America and Japan all the time. Also it meant she still got to see her friends back in Japan as well as still go to school which helped to normalise her life in a way even though she knew her life would never be anything but normal.
Sitting on her bed in the Mouggos quarter she smiled to herself. It was quiet which she didn't know if was a good thing or bad. Though not wanting to sit in silence she turned on her iPod letting the sound pour out of the speakers she had plugged in. Now on her iPod were both songs in Japanese and English. Currently it was playing some Katy Perry song that was on one of her playlist. Most of the songs upon Yumi's playlist where which loud, lively and upbeat. Yumi didn't really like slow, moving songs as she couldn't dance to them. Though the ones she did have were upon her sad playlist as that the only time she could stand listening to them.
Letting her hair down Yumi decided to re-style it again and so retrieved her mirror, hair brush and ribbons from her bedside cabinet before seating herself back on her bed as they song changed to 'Hollywood Is Dead by a certain, Michael Buble how just happens to be one of her favourite none Japanese singers. So as she brushed the come through her hair Yumi began to absent mindedly sing along with the tune until she was no longer using the hair brush to brush her dark ginger locks, bit to instead use as a pretend microphone. 'Well you can you do the mighty tango!, And you can do your little thing... as you swing from vine to vine, wild the kiddies wait in line with the money in their hand......' Yumi voice was likely to carry out beyond her quarters so anyone passing would here her. Though Yumi wasn't shy and it wouldn't be the first time either.

Kai smiled as some Paidi campers came back from vacation. Kai wasn’t able to away from camp since his mum had died. He was here all year round. Some of his siblings were meant to be coming back today, which was cool. He had missed them. Kai’s ginger hair had grown long again and he may need it cutting soon. He wondered what some of his siblings would say about it when they saw him. He grinned at the thought. He then heard a familiar sound, making his grin spread.
The ginger-haired Mouggos child went to his bloodline quarters and saw his half-sister singing to, ‘Hollywood’ by Michael Bublé. It was amusing. He walked in and mouthed the words to the song. He loved his sister and was glad that he was a demigod in some ways. He had met some really cool people whilst he was here at camp, and he was sure to meet some more this time round at camp. He needed to talk to Yumi about the new campers. He wanted to make sure that they were doing alright. Finding out you were a demigod was pretty horrifying yet cool at the same time and having to train and fight monsters was extremely tough.
“Hey, Yumi! Good to see you again!” said Kai. Even though Yumi was his Knight, Kai felt really at ease with her. He could talk to her and tell her things that he didn't tell any of the others. Kai's mind wondered to his father. He wondered what he was doing lately, he had been unusually silent as of late. He didn't know what to make of it. Was something happening with the Vea Gods? He hoped not. He'd hate to think of anything happening to his father.

[atrb=width,400] I'M CRAZY BUT YOU LIKE IT As the song continued on Yumi's dancing got bigger and her singing got louder so that by the end of the song she was singer rather loudly. Yumi wasn't necessarily a god singer or a bad one but it was clear that she loved to do it from the energy that she put into it. She certainly was one of the Mouggos kids who did make good use of the gift that her father had bestowed upon her as she used it quite a lot and usually very loudly. Though it wasn't until she heard Kai speak that she noticed her had entered the room. This caused a big smile to spread across Yumi face as she loved seeing her siblings and would certainly show it. She half ran over to him as the next song came on and gave him a hug her hairbrush still in her hand.
"It's good to see you too Kai!" Yumi said with an obvious enthusiasm in her voice. Yumi was probably closer to Kai than the some of her other siblings as he'd come to camp the year after she had and so they was quite close in age with only about a year between them. Currently they were the same age but next month was Yumi's birthday and she would be turning eighteen. Releasing her brother from her hug Yumi turned the song down slightly as even though they would both be able to hear one another she didn't want any complaints from whinny people as they did her head in. "So how’s your summer so far, have a nice birthday?" Yumi said as Kai birthday would have been at the beginning of June and it was now nearing the end of the month.

Kai smiled when his sister noticed him and embraced him. She was quite a lively girl, something that some of the other campers found irritating. Her red hair and green eyes were unusual for a Japanese girl. He wondered what her mother had done or said when her child was born mute and green-eyed. He remembered when Mouggos had shown up at his house all those years ago. His mother had yelled at the god, then screamed and then introduced her son to his father. That had been the first time that Kai had seen Mouggos, his father.
“My birthday was ok. Lancelot and the Lady of the Lake threw me a small party with the other campers here, and then had me training,” said Kai, chuckling at the last part. “How was your time in Japan?” Kai would love to go to Japan at some point. He had loved some of the anime when he was younger. He couldn’t now, for obvious reasons but if he was able to watch some at camp, he would. He wondered how Yumi could do it: go back and forth between countries as if it was an everyday occurrence. Another Mouggos camper came in and waved to them in greeting. Kai smiled back. It seemed that this one had come back very recently. Kai increased the sound of outside his quarters slightly, just so he could know what was happening. Sir Lancelot was yelling at some younger campers about littering, it seemed.
It was the first night back for some of the campers so there may be a big meeting in the mess hall to welcome everyone back, though the ginger-haired Mouggos camper couldn’t be sure. He’d wait until most of them were back before he knew what was happening. He brushed a bunch of stray strands of hair from his eyes. “We having a meeting when everyone’s back?” Maybe Yumi knew. That way, he wouldn’t forget. Lancelot was now threatening to have a kid sent to the dungeons if they were seen trying to prank a Paidi camper again. Kai chuckled at that. Sir Lancelot was a brutal training master. |

[atrb=width,400] I'M CRAZY BUT YOU LIKE IT Upon hearing that his birthday had just been OK Yumi found that to be unacceptable as everyone's birthday should be happy and loud as she was going to make sure that he had a great birthday too. Or well a belated birthday anyway since it had already come and gone. It was a shame that Yumi hadn't been able to come to camp to be here for his birthday but school hadn't finished in time to allow her to be there for it and her mother wouldn't have her missing the end of term just to go to camp to be there for somebody's birthday. Though she had remembered it and brought him a little birthday present back to camp from Japan. She wouldn't give it to him now but he would have it soon enough. She just hoped that when he did get his present that he liked it.
"Well that won’t do. When everyone gets back I'll make sure you have the best party ever. Right here in our quarters!" Yumi said probably a bit too enthusiastically but she didn't care as it was just who she was and people would have to learn to deal with her, brightly coloured and loud. All of her bloodline had gotten used to it so all the other campers would have to too. Surely she couldn't be that hard to tolerate. It was then that Kia asked her how her time in Japan had been. At this her smile brightened ever so slightly at the topic of Japan as Yumi was quite enthusiastic about taking of her home land. And Yumi could defiantly take forever especially about Japan. Some people might think she would get bored since she lived there but instead Yumi was quite to opposite jumping on the change to show her patriotic side.
"Oh it was lovely, nice and sunny in the warmer months, snow in the winter. Oh my mum even took me to the Tokyo Disney with some of my friends to see the Christmas decorations and shows!" Yumi was now obviously rather hyper though Kia should be used to her being like this now having known her and what she was like for several year now. He also was quite good at getting her to calm back down to a more happy level rather than downright hyper and bouncing off the walls. As she calmed herself a little she sat upon her bed and tied her hair into two pigtails one on either side of her head before selecting one aqua blue ribbon which she tied around her left bobble and a apple green one for the right. Yumi had always been a fan of bright contrasting colours and she liked to show it.
It was then she heard Kai ask if there was to be a meeting when everyone was back. Yumi understood why Kai didn't know of the timing of the meeting yet as the knights where told first and it was usually their job to make sure the rest of their bloodline knew the information. Well the info that they needed to know anyway. "Oh yes! There is, tomorrow at seven o'clock sharp. Lancelot informed me when I was arrived." Yumi told him her ribbons now nicely in place wrapped around the bobbles upon her head. Though it was rather quite in their quarters as there was usually quite a few Mouggos campers about so Yumi wondered if they had come back yet. "So who else is here yet or is it just us here in the room?"
